Club') - I dye a base first, then add \u003ca rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.traceymustard.com\/products\/neon-heart\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eNeon Heart \u003c\/a\u003especkles over the top (either in full coverage, or in the more subtle style of \u003ca rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.traceymustard.com\/collections\/neon-hearts\/products\/little-neon-heart\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eLittle Neon Heart\u003c\/a\u003e) to create lots of new colours where the dyes mix.
